• How you're doing from a competitive & ranking perspective.
• How much you really need to do to be competitive online
  (sometimes it's not much!)
• Whether your web site & its content speaks clearly about
  your services or products.
• Whether your web site is truly easy to use & intuitive
  (based on the latest usability guidelines!)
• Whether your web site is smartphone (i.e. iPhone) & tablet
  (i.e. iPad) friendly.
• And the best part - a few things you can do RIGHT
  NOW to create results!

I'm VERY serious about helping you, so if you can list:

• your web site,
• at least 2 competitors that you feel are doing well online,
• your top 3 services or products,
• your service areas (cities, preferably), and
• your goals & thoughts in the "Comments' section
