Charly Caldwell II - Founder & CEO
Thank you for stopping by! It's my #1 goal to help you reach your personal and professional goals - and I believe we have the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and results-driven web development and marketing teams to help you reach your goals. We test and measure everything, concentrating on what works. Feel free to learn more about us! Can you believe Dan, Marty, Don & Tom have been with me over 15 years?
Dan Laursen - President & Operations Manager
Dan strives to perfect compelling web sites, clear prose, and crunchy vegetables. When your technology is muddled, he will unmuddle it. When your email is spammed, he will unspam it. And when your cucumber salad needs more flavor, he will recommend fresh dill. Don't let him catch you using the dried stuff.
Your Web Development Team:

Marin Asher - Senior Creative Director
Marin (like Marvin without the "v") stems from a long line of artists who taught her to just "go with the creative flow." This artistic odyssey led her to explore dance, watercolors, photography, video production and graphic design. While it's a daily challenge to use the left side of her brain as much as the right, Marin finds perfect balance at the Dog Beach with her husband, Aaron, and boxer, Roman.

Marty Caldwell - Senior Web Copywriter
Born and raised in Michigan, Marty comes to us through her massively manly and strikingly handsome son, Charly. She has years of business experience, a degree in mothering and a love affair with water. Recruiting her to move to Florida and enjoy life was a breeze. Marty loves to weave baskets on the beach, create floral arrangements of magnificence, and solve puzzles.

Don Laursen - Senior Programmer, Graphic Artist
Don Roy is a Trekkie, formerly of Michigan, where he was an unfulfilled filing clerk fooling around filling out forms. He found his true calling in programming and graphic design after receiving his degree in business and art. He's keen on culinary delights like cheese, Coors, and Coca-Cola, but knows nothing of Canasta.

Tom Schumm - Senior Programmer
After a stint in the French Foreign Legion, Tom fell in with a secret society of Scandanavian mystics from whom he learned the dark arts of Vi and Atari. Subsequent careers include snakecharmer, encyclopedia salesman and now, ISGFL's black wizard of code. When he's not normalizing databases or casting bones, Tom enjoys postmodern computer languages, extreme sledding and long walks on the beach.
Heather Slabosz - Graphic Artist, Web Copywriter
Heather enjoys creating captivating design by way of vibrant vectors and peppy pixels for your graphic projects. Her creative path started as a child and is her passion to this day. She also enjoys watercolors and making maps of coastal areas. When not creating you can find her with her loving and humorous husband, Dave, on their boat in Estero Bay. If she is lucky, her equally loving and humorous young son Derek will join along.
Your Internet Marketing Team:
Jake Taylor - Internet Marketing Director
Jake enjoys a "tidy" life--a tidy home, a tidy work space, a tidy car, and "tighty whities". He's a huge mixed-martial arts fan and has mastered the art of "tongue fu"--specializing in perky conversations, story-telling, premium joke sharing, and yakking. Speaking of "yakking"... It's been told that Jake once rode on the back of a yak at the track, wearing black. Ain't that whack?

Laura Hess - Internet Marketing Manager
Laura, the self-proclaimed Google Queen, has been helping her friends and family find what they need on the Internet for years... Now, Laura has decided to the turn the tables and help you market your web site! Armed with ISG's formula for success, she helps you dodge stagnant statistics by testing and measuring everything along the way. Laura can be found enjoying the mall, the beach, or camping with her loving husband Jeff, beautiful daughter Clara & happy dog Kalua.
Julie Digby - Internet Marketing Specialist
Julie has a passion for linguistics, music, travel, and laughter. She strives to find that perfect balance of creativity and logic, as well as the perfect balance of caffeine in her system. Starbucks in hand, Julie dives into writing your eBooks and news releases armed with an extensive background in marketing and PR, and a keen sense for finding interest, intrigue, or humor in ANY subject. When she's not "in the zone" working on your web marketing, Julie's usually playing guitar, traveling, boating, beaching, or hanging out with her son, Tyler.
Renee Pitts - Internet Marketing Specialist
Renee, originally from Ashtabula, Ohio, truly appreciates all the sun that Southwest Florida offers. Renee enjoys a drama-free lifestyle and is a true believer in the statement “Live for Today”. Renee is a graduate of the University of Florida and passionate about sales and marketing. A valued friendship led Renee to ISG, and she's so amped to be part of the team! Renee loves being on the boat with her husband, Ian, watching Gator Football and hanging out with her awesome family and friends.

Adam Caldwell - Internet Marketing Specialist
Adam was born in Buckeye-land, and throughout life - moved around a lot - finally ending up a Bulldog in beautiful Athens, Georgia. He enjoys chillin' with his homies while watching movies, tv shows, and playing the latest Wii & Xbox games. It's his goal to assure you're reaching your online goals, and will deliver for you using his massively manly mad-skillz.

Amy Prior - Senior PR & Copywriter
The Copy Ninja, (a.k.a. Amy Prior) has a black belt in the art of Web writing. When she’s not using her superpowers to fight bad grammar and spelling, she’s either whipping up something delicious in the kitchen, playing Lexulous on Facebook, or playing the “Hey! That guy was on Star Trek!” game. She enjoys snarky humor and Jimmy John’s sandwiches, but hates driving.

Stephen Gregory - Senior Videographer
Stephen is a renaissance man who is as comfortable shooting and editing HD video as he is racing his unicycle or playing the pan flute. Having spent a lengthy amount of time working with ad agencies in New York City, Los Angeles and Miami he has finally settled in South Florida where he enjoys crochet and adding to his massive sombrero collection. Along his journeys he discovered the secret to happiness, and that is... a job well done.
